Calima Energy Limited (ASX:CE1) (“Calima” or the “Company”) provides the attached 3B in respect of shares being issued to Directors and Management in lieu of fees as approved at the General Meeting held on 29 May 2020.
Also included are the respective 3Y’s for the board members that have received shares for the quarter ended 30 June 2020.
Mr Whiddon’s remuneration shares for the current quarter will be issued in the next quarter calculated at this quarters VWAP.
